Welcome to Our School

Hello and welcome to Creative Kids Learning Center daycare and preschool. My name is Belinda and I have been fortunate enough to be the director at the Torrey Pines location for over 22 years.

Creative Kids is nationally accredited through NEPCA and we have provided the highest quality child care and early childhood education for over 40 years.

We strive to provide our families with the best quality Toddler, Preschool, Pre-Kindergarten and Before- and After-School programs. With our educational curriculum and with our Pathway Learning process, children are able to create, learn and explore on their own level. They are assessed three times a year and individual goals are set for each child, so they feel the success of learning.

Belinda Kelly, Director

I've been given the opportunity to be with Creative Kids for over 38 years and I have been blessed with an incredibly talented group of teachers in which some have been with me for over 10 years. Children are my passion and have always amazed me with their thought process, I think we truly underestimate those little humans. My motto has always been, "a good director remembers what it was like to be a teacher and a good teacher remembers what it was like to be a child".

Throughout my incredible journey with Creative Kids I have been blessed to watch many children grow, develop and move on to their next learning adventure. What I commend Creative Kids on is that their top priority is keeping children safe and healthy and how each child has their own personalized path through our School Readiness Pathway Curriculum. I truly believe that not only do the children benefit from Creative Kids, but I have also, thanks to their insight on life that they have given me.
