Giving Back to Our Communities

Helping children develop kindness, compassion, and empathy is an important part of our approach to early education. We encourage children to care for others, contribute to their communities, and understand that even small acts of kindness can make a meaningful difference. Giving back is also a core part of our culture.

Throughout the year, our schools participate in a variety of community service efforts, including toy, food, and clothing drives, dental and vision clinics, and projects that bring comfort to local hospitals, such as displaying children's artwork.

Supporting Our Team Members

Caring extends beyond our classrooms. The Learning Care iCare Foundation provides short-term financial assistance to team members facing unexpected hardships, including natural disasters, fires, domestic abuse, funeral expenses, and eviction prevention.

Created through the generosity and compassion of our employees, the foundation reflects our commitment to supporting one another. Team members can contribute in a variety of ways, including recurring payroll donations. To learn more, visit the iCare Foundation.

Our Partnership With St. Jude

We’re proud to support St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital^® through the annual St. Jude Trike-A-Thon. This special event brings our students and school communities together while teaching important lessons about safety, compassion, generosity, and helping others.

Through the St. Jude Trike-A-Thon, funds are raised to help support children receiving care at St. Jude and their families. By taking part, students learn how giving back and working together can make a positive impact in the lives of others.
