Welcome to Our School
Welcome to Creative Kids – Torrey Pines daycare and preschool!
For more than 40 years, Creative Kids has provided high-quality child care and early childhood education. We are proudly nationally accredited through NECPA and remain committed to creating a nurturing environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive.
We offer Toddler, Preschool, Pre-Kindergarten, and Before- and After-School programs designed to support children at every stage of development. Through our educational curriculum and Pathway Learning process, children are encouraged to create, explore, and learn at their own pace. To support each child’s growth, assessments are conducted three times a year and individualized goals are established to help children build confidence and experience success.

Belinda Kelly, Director
I've been given the opportunity to be with Creative Kids for over 40 years and I have been blessed with an incredibly talented group of teachers in which some have been with me for over 20 years. Children are my passion and have always amazed me with their thought process, I think we truly underestimate those little humans. My motto has always been, "a good director remembers what it was like to be a teacher and a good teacher remembers what it was like to be a child".

I have been working in Early Childhood Education for 26 years and have proudly been part of the Creative Kids family for the past 14 years. I am passionate about creating a safe, nurturing, and positive environment where children can learn, grow, and build confidence. I feel truly fulfilled knowing I have the opportunity to make a positive difference in each child’s life every day.

Krista Nappo, Admin Assistant
My journey in Early Childhood Education began in 2013 as a Toddler Teacher, and over the years I’ve had the opportunity to work with children of all ages. While I’ve enjoyed every experience, I discovered my true passion while working as an Infant Teacher. I love building strong, trusting relationships with both children and families and believe those connections are an important part of each child’s early learning journey.
