Creative Kids Learning Center offers programs ranging from 2 half days up through 5 full days. A half day, either in the morning or in the afternoon, includes our learning program and one snack. A full day allows you to use any amount of hours between 6:30 a.m. until 6:30 p.m. and includes our learning program for both the morning and the afternoon, and 2 snacks. Our rates are dependent upon the schedule you choose. You may download the Registration Form and Health Evaluation below to complete. | A copy of your child’s immunizations records are required for registration. If you do not immunize for medical or religious reasons, your school will need to have a letter of explanation on file. | |
