At the heart of each child’s learning experience is our staff. Each child care center has an Educational Specialist who oversees the on-going training of our teachers. Creative Kids Learning Center’s teachers are experts in early childhood education and certified in First Aid, CPR and Emergency Procedures. They strive to build relationships with parents in support of each child’s development and learning. Whether in a leadership role as Center Director, or as a Classroom Teacher, our staff share a common commitment to nurturing and educating young children.
All of our staff, including both teachers and maintenance crew, are required to obtain a health card and a background check through the local law enforcement agency including an FBI fingerprint check, which is kept current. Health and safety is a number one priority at Creative Kids Learning Center.
Creative Kids is proud to participate in the TEACH program. TEACH offers scholarships to our staff enabling them to earn credits towards Associates Degrees and Bachelor’s Degrees in Early Childhood Education at local colleges. Over the years, numerous Creative Kids staff members have completed their degrees, improving not only their personal skills but also contributing to the ongoing improvement of the Creative Kids program. In addition, we offer an in-house Child Development Associates Credential program to certify all of our teachers and further their education.
